One year ago, IRIS was publishing his first newsletter “The Quality Rail Journal” and today, we propose you to discover the third issue. This new issue respects the format of the previous ones so you could find the famous sections IRIS News, Welcome on Board, Customer Profile, From the mailbag and many more, with new facts and information. However, for the first time, this issue contains 4 extra pages. Indeed, the IMC found it important to add new sections as: IRIS at a daily business; Booklet’s electronic version; Focus on Working Groups and an article on the Evolution of the IRIS software platform. Furthermore, we dedicated a Customer Profile on Andreas Ripsam, Managing Director of Dürr Technik GmbH & Co. KG., wherein he reveals his views on IRIS benefits. Moreover, for our new section IRIS at a daily business, Reinhard Auer-Knöbl from Siemens AG, gives his opinion on quality management and of the essential role of IRIS in it.
