IRIS Certification® Audit-Tool: the software solution

The IRIS Audit-Tool is the software solution for recording and evaluating audit data as well as for generating standardized reports of audits performed based on the ISO/TS22163 standard. It is the only source for the IRIS Certification® assessment sheet.
For rail companies, the IRIS Audit-Tool is the solution to perform internal audits.
For IRIS Certification approved certification bodies, the Audit-Tool is the mandatory software to perform and records IRIS Certification audits.
The current version is the version 5.0.6.00.

Main functionalities of the IRIS Certification® Audit-Tool:

• Single license to be installed on one personal computer (PC);
• Single source for the IRIS Certification® assessment sheet;

• Assessment sheet in English, German, Hungarian, Russian and Chinese;
• Support the audit planning with several detailed functionalities;
• Includes the readiness review phase;

• New assessment elements: turtle diagram and performance evaluation;
• Easy collection of audit data through a user-friendly interface;
• Quick and error-free redaction of audits reports against the International Railway Industry Standard;
• Automated calculation of the audit results by dynamic computation of all relevant items;
• Simple export of partial and/or completed audits reports and related documentation (e.g. participants, auditors, Corrective and Improvement Actions list);
• Simple interface to the IRIS Certification™ Portal, only for certification bodies.

• Operating system: only Windows 7/8/10;
• Minimum processing speed 1 GHz;
• 512 MB RAM;
• 400 MB of hard disk storage space;
• Graphic interface VGA or higher;
• .NET Framework System 4.0 or higher;

• Internet access;

For ordering a new license of the IRIS Audit-Tool, please log in, using the username/password of your company.
If your company is not registered in the IRIS Certification Portal, please click here to go to the registration form.

The current version is the Audit-Tool 5.0.6.00. 

V3 and previous versions are no longer supported.

The new version of the Audit-Tool V 5.0.6.00 will be installed via the current used version. By opening the Audit-Tool a message will appear. By downloading and installing this new version, the client accepts the conditions of payment.

Delivery of the IRIS Audit-Tool:

The Audit-Tool will be delivered once the entire invoiced amount (including custom taxes, bank transfer costs, if required) is paid.
You will receive an email including the link to download the Audit-Tool with the license name and license key.
